Utilities

WATER/SEWER UTILITY services are provided by the Village. GARBAGE SERVICE is through Waste Management, with billing included on the village utility bill. Utility bills are issued monthly at the end of each month, due on the 20th day of the following month. An auto-pay option is available. See the Documents Center page for application. A 1% late fee is added to bills not paid within 20 days of issuance. A written notice may be sent to the customer with an overdue bill, and unless payment or satisfactory arrangement for payment is made within 10 days, service may be discontinued pursuant to Chapter PSC 185, Wisconsin Administrative Code.

WATER/SEWER SERVICE Basic residential rates for a 5/8″ meter:

Water General Service Charge $12.10
Water Public Fire Protection Charge $9.73
Sewer General Service Charge $25.76
Total Service Charges $47.59
Water Volume Charge $8.22 per 1,000 gallons
Sewer Volume Charge $7.07 per 1,000 gallons

Lawn watering through the house meter does not receive a sewer credit. A separate meter for lawn watering/outdoor use is available through the Public Works Department.

GARBAGE SERVICE Basic residential rates:

35 gallon cart $14.83/month
65 gallon cart $16.95/month
95 gallon cart $19.05/month
Additional 65 gallon recycling cart $2.37/month
Reinstate service after suspension $10.00

Pick up for GARBAGE is weekly on Fridays.

Placement of carts: 3 feet from curb & fixed objects, 2 feet between containers, containers facing toward street.
